On April 30, 2011 the Bowie Lions partnered with Melvin Motors of Bowie in sponsoring a community shred day. Households were encouraged to bring paper documents to be securely shredded. Melvin Motors and The Bowie Lions want to thank everyone for participating and making this event a great success.
